Ep.54 - Leslie

This week, I am discussing with Leslie. Leslie is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Addiction Medicine. She's been practicing for over twenty years, in inpatient and outpatient settings, serving 10 years as Medical Director for both a men’s and a women’s prison, and most recently practicing exclusively in an outpatient addiction clinic. She has literally taken care of thousands of people with addiction and pain, from car wrecks, surgeries, dental procedures, as well as emotional pain of all kinds.

As a result of her extensive experience, she has published articles and podcast and has written an eBook and online course designed to provide educational materials, guidance, resources, and self-help tools for the purpose of giving people the opportunity to quit pain pills without the withdrawal.

I wanted to talk to her about her life, her experience with her own life challenges, which I suspect is the "curse of perfection" :)
